Sarajevo Open Centre and the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Centre of FBiH will organise a two-day training for judges and prosecutors in FBiH. The training will be held on the 9th and 10th of May, on the topic of Anti-discrimination and criminal law: combating discrimination and violence against LGBTI people.
Bosnia and Herzegovina prohibited discrimination in 2009 by passing the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination which applies to public authorities (public institutions, companies, administration etc.) and to private sector and individuals. Violating regulations contained in this Law is sanctioned by paying fines.
