Anti-discrimination Law

We are advocating amendment of the BiH Anti-discrimination Law in accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission in the Structred Dialogue on Justice and Progress Reports. Our goal is to harmonize the law with the acquis communautaire, ensuring efficient implementation of the Anti-discrimination Law. We also advocate amendments to the BiH Anti-discrimination Law to clearly define the grounds on which discrimination is prohibited so that they explicitly include the following: sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics.
