Anti-discrimination Law

We are advocating amendment of the BiH Anti-discrimination Law in accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission in the Structred Dialogue on Justice and Progress Reports. We also advocate amendments to the BiH Anti-discrimination Law to clearly define the grounds on which discrimination is prohibited so that they explicitly include the following: sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics.
