Sarajevo Open Centre in cooperation with the Heinrich Böll Foundation invites citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, over 18 years old, to send us their short stories or original photographs, for the contest regarding International Coming Out awareness day.

 

Coming Out day is observed annually, since 1988, to celebrate coming out and to raise awareness of the LGBT+ community and civil rights movement.

The date of October 11 was chosen because it was the anniversary of the 1987 National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights.
