The right to freedom of peaceful assembly is one of the most important means of citizen participation in the political processes of democratic societies and is the subject of protection in numerous international and regional human rights documents, of which BiH is a signatory.

This analysis is organised in chapters that address the most important thematic areas for the exercise of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly.
