Sarajevo Open Centre and Heinrich Böll Foundation dedicate this 7th “Open Forum” to the Others. Together with our guests, we will try to answer questions about who are the Others, what are their rights and whether they have the same status as constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Short film by Ena Bavčić about the Others will be shown during the Forum.
