Vesna has been working in private and public, TV, radio, and print and internet media. Since 1988, she has been working as a journalist, reporter, editor, production assistant and she has 10 years of experience in public relations. She graduated with a degree in musicology at at Academy of Music in Sarajevo in 1996, where she also got her master’s diploma in musicology in 2003. She is one of the founders of  Radiosarajevo.ba web news portal. She is an activist in the field of human rights and founder of web portal Manjine.ba, the first media project in BiH related to all deprivileged and marginalized groups in society. She is a mother of three.
